Jeff Benoit - Director
Our fearless leader, Jeff puts his Kinesiology degree (University of Waterloo, 2001) to good use every day.
He’s more active than the Energizer bunny, teaching several evenings a week and directing the company, all
while working a full time job as a Health & Safety Consultant for E.K. Gillin Inc. Jeff’s innovative
teaching strategies and solid understanding of anatomy, biomechanics and motor learning have resonated with students all over
North America. He’s also known far and wide as one of the yummiest leads anywhere, and has been instrumental
in putting Waterloo on the international dancing map.

Kristen O'Neill - Instructor
Kristen is the heart of Waterloo dancing. Her patience, kindness, friendly attitude, and knowledge
of dance make her not just a great teacher, but a true ambassador of dancing.Kristen has been teaching dance since the late 90s and has travelled extensively doing just that. She uses her Kinesiology degree (University of Waterloo, 2001) to help her convey the fundamental concepts and movements of dancing to her students. She has the unique ability to recognize and adapt to a student's learning style which she continues to develope and hone as part of her part-time job working with people who have brain injuries.
Grayden Solman - Instructor
Grayden is a Psychology major at the University of Waterloo. Originally from Ottawa, he took his
first dance steps there while in highschool. Since moving to Waterloo, he’s made a name for himself
in the dance scene with his creativity, smooth moves and mellow attitude. He joined Addicted To
Dancing in early 2005, and has become a crucial member of the team both in the teaching and
graphics design areas.
